Muscular pain (Nerys Purchon):

Black Pepper 2 drops

Peppermint 2 drops

Grape seed oil 10 cc 

Mix the oils and massage the affected area with a few drops of your blend.

Black Pepper is also used to prepare muscle before workouts.

Mix the oils and massage the affected area with a few drops of your blend.

Helichrysum 2 drops

Wintergreen procumbens 1 drop

Peppermint 1 drop

Eucalyptus 3 drops

Vetiver 1drop

Black Pepper 1 drop

Use 3 to 4 drops of the mixture to massage the affected area twice a day for 7 days. I recommend to triple the amount and keep it in a clean amber bottle away from any sunlight and out of children’s reach. Remember to use a separate clean pipette for each oil.
